To ensure a fluid journey for our guests menu selection and dietary information at point of booking are mandatory, regular & premium wine flights can be added on the day.
If you are Dining from Simons 7 or 10 course menu you will be greeted by the host before taking a pre reserved seat in our lounge, here you can enjoy pre dinner drinks before being served your preliminary snacks by one of our talented chefs or even Simon himself, your dining journey will then continue in our restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected wines that complement the dishes served by the service team and the chefs here at WOOD.
