The Flowers’ Day Nursery
The Flowers Day Nursery has been open in Swansea since 2004 and cares for children from the age of 3 months to 8 years old.
Our friendly and professional team have a wealth of experience and all have a minimum of Level 3 Childcare as well as Food Hygiene, Child Protection and First Aid certification.
Our beautiful Grade II listed, four-storey Georgian townhouse nursery is located just outside Swansea City Centre and we have our own parking, making your drop-offs and pick ups both safe and easy for you and your little ones.
Our all-around nursery care supports your child and their development from baby age, through to toddler, through to preschool and we also offer a drop-off and pick up service when they first start school, up to the age of 8 as well as summer holiday clubs.
We offer flexible, full or part-time session options for you and we are open Monday to Friday 07.30 to 18.30, except on Bank Holidays. We are often able to accommodate additional hours of care at short notice if your work commitments or plans change and we will do everything we can to support you and your child.
We accept all major Childcare Vouchers and we welcome any government funding schemes.
The cost of our childcare includes freshly prepared and varied meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch and tea) and our kitchen has a 5-Star Environmental Health Award. Pamper nappies are also included in our baby care session costs and this is unique to us in Swansea.
We commit to getting to know you and your child and will work with you to ensure they are content, happy and fulfilled during their time with us. Our nursery care is based around your child’s age, their individual needs and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS). As they get older they progress through our dedicated rooms where our qualified teams focus on age-appropriate play and learning following the national curriculum.
The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework provides quality and consistency in all early years settings leading towards a secure foundation that we follow.
