Established in 1999.

After graduating from London’s Central St Martins, Sam & Jude were working in dead end jobs, working on their designs at night. So as not to wake their flatmates during the night, they begin building their prototypes on the pavement in the light of a 24 hour supermarket! They worked on one-off products and commissions – often sporadic projects with low budgets. The products they developed were hand-crafted and experimental, using whatever materials and production techniques they could get their hands on. Their ideas snowballed and finally they formed Suck UK in 1999.
