PAINT & CHASSIS

We care about quality. With our attention to surface preparation and application of paint you will have a superb finish that will look as good as new for years to come.

We offer traditional STOVE ENAMELING on cylinder heads and cylinder barrels.

Before painting we can repair broken, damaged or missing fins.

Each item is shot blasted to remove all rust and then sprayed with Stove Enamel Primer and cooked in an oven at 125*C.Once cool, the item is sprayed in the main colour and cooked again to obtain a hard durable finish. Cylinder heads and barrels are usually sprayed in Satin Black.

Any engineering work such as new guides, seats or a rebore is carried out after painting.
