If you like facts and figures I am a holistic massage therapist, aromatherapist, certified Reiki Master Teacher, KRI &YAP accredited Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and have a Diploma in Personal Life Coaching.
I love hugging trees, splashing in the sea, sand between my toes, wind in my hair, singing loudly, dancing, losing myself in books and making potions and lotions, walking with my dogs, and finding pleasure in all that life has to offer.
