Currently, we have six experienced chartered physiotherapists, and seven sports masseurs working variable hours.

We also provide a Podiatry/chiropody service.

Our team can treat a variety of conditions such as sports injuries (muscles, ligaments, joints and haematomas), spinal injuries (neck, back, sciatica, lumbago and trapped nerves), and occupational injuries (repetitive strain injury, golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow).

Our director, Andrew specialises in sports injury rehabilitation.

He has been involved with the Welsh Rugby Union for 17 years at all levels.

We undertake thorough patient reviews and diligently document your medical history to get a clear understanding of your needs.

We assess, treat and provide self-help to any issue that you may be facing.
