Kevin Bingham, Chef Patron at Restaurant 27 has a wealth of experience from Michelin Star restaurants such as Manleys in Storrington and The Horn of Plenty in Tavistock as well as 10 years as co-owner and Chef at Montparnasse in Southsea. Kevin sources only the finest ingredients. Many of the ingredients come from high quality local suppliers and producers. He describes his cooking as “Global French” which interprets as a blend of classic gastronomic cuisine with the modern flavours of today. The quality of his cooking together with the front-of-house service will set Restaurant 27 apart as the finest in Portsmouth, Southsea and surrounding area. Kevin will invariably be found in the kitchen developing new ideas and ensuring the quality and consistency of the Restaurant 27 offering. Kevin also works with local colleges providing training and experience for the chefs of tomorrow.
