PRW Construction Ltd have over 32 years experience within the building and construction industry.

 

The company is a progressive family run business, offering a variety of building and maintenance services, from small one off contracts to large more complex contracts.

 

Our client contracts are a combination of Commercial contracts, Framework contracts with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Residential contracts. We also have the skills and experience to carry out remedial works to churches and listed buildings throughout South Wales, the West Country and the Midlands. Our team also have a considerable amount of experience in working on a variety of disabled adaptations for local authorities, housing associations and residential contracts.

 

The company is based in Cardiff, where our employees and administration team are located along with our supplies and workshop area. The work force is a mixture of ages and skills, with all of the team holding industry qualifications for their specific trades. This provides us with a good mix of industry expertise and also then provides an `On the job` learning experience for the younger and less experienced team members.

PRW Construction have provided a service to several local Authorities across South East Wales the South West of England for their schools. Working on a variety of internal and external refurbishment projects and also a 24 Hour emergency call out service.

 

We are now able to offer a variety of Estate Management services for Schools and Colleges. With the hands on knowledge and experience of working with schools we believe the package we have developed can save vast amounts of money and time for Education professionals and the administration team. Our package includes Health and safety consultation, cleaning services, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and Estate Management services. Our experience allows us to use our purchasing power to ensure small schools receive the best value for money for their contracted services, allowing us to use the money saved to then be utilised in further improving the school facilities for the benefit of pupils and staff.

 

 

NEW BUILD

 

PRW Construction are able to undertake any new build project, large or small, including works to commercial buildings such as office blocks, warehouses, industrial units, etc. Working to very high standards, many of our commercial clients contract us on a regular basis.

 

Due to the nature and location of our construction projects we will where possible create a local supply chain for materials and any additional specific skills. Where we may require to use a sub-contractors, to complete our projects, they are all properly vetted and approved under the quality management system and standards of the company.

 

We pride ourselves in completing all our projects within the agreed time scales and on budget.
