At Preseli Bluestone Meats, we are catering butchers that sell impeccable Welsh lamb and beef with the privilege of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Based in Johnstown, Carmarthen, we are a long-established company of more than 32 years and boast high-quality meat for sale so that you can feel confident with your purchase. With an excellent five-star rating in hygiene from the Food Standards Agency, a state-of-the-art cutting plant is utilised that adheres to all of the strict hygiene standards within the rest of the business as well.

AN EXPERIENCED TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS

Based in Carmarthen, we are a specialist catering butchery business owned by Mr Llew Rees, whose Pembrokeshire Farm is located on the spectacular Preseli Mountains. Our general manager and senior butcher, Mr Nigel Tidey, is highly experienced having been with the company for more than 23 years. All of our butchers and drivers are fully trained and certified in food preparation and hygiene for your peace of mind.

Tuesday and Thursday: Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn, Lampeter, Cardigan, Nantgaredig and Llandeilo.
