About Paul Marks & Co

Thank you for visiting our website. I manage Paul Marks & Co with the help of a great support team, which includes bookkeepers, tax experts and business advisors. I deal with all our clients personally.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England & Wales. I have been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 25 years. Following a degree in science from Kings College London I trained & qualified at one of the top firms of Chartered Accountants in the UK, BDO Stoy Hayward.

After a while I moved from Practice into industry where I worked for 15 years as a Finance and Commercial Director and sat on the boards of various multinational organisations.

My experience has been wide and included managing all sizes of business from very large international businesses operating in many countries, to very small rapid growth UK start-ups. My time in industry has been extremely valuable to many of my clients.

I set up Paul Marks & Co a firm of Chartered Accountants in Wimbledon regulated by the ICAEW and now concentrate on providing advice and support to the small business sector. For some of my clients I also act as a part time Finance Director.

I am always focused 100% on my clients and thinking of ways to help them achieve their ambitions and growth plans. I am very open and would be happy to meet you anywhere over a cup of tea, coffee or glass of wine.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading biographies, am an avid martial arts fan (hold a black belt in Karate), like harlequins rugby club and enjoy drinking real ale in my local.
