LITTLE VALLEY BAKERY

Little Valley Bakery is a Swansea based bakery. We operate from the heart of Gower in Parkmill, as artisan bakers we supply the people of Swansea and Gower with high quality bread using organic flour and traditional methods.

We make everything by hand, and from scratch. We believe in quality ingredients, that produce quality food and fresh bakes.

We distribute bread and sweet treats throughout Gower, Swansea and south Wales via various methods. We’re supplying wholesale bread to local businesses, we attend markets and food festivals across south Wales, and something we’re very proud of, we have recently opened up our little shop on site at Parkmill.

We opened our second location in the Bryn Y Mor area late 2021. Situated at 197 St Helen’s Ave we’re now able to provide the local area with delicious, fresh baked goods!

WHOLESALE

A big part of what we do is supplying the local independent coffee shop and brunch scene with our artisanal bread.

We love good food, good design and good people. And that’s who we like to work with. We didn’t start the bakery to have a corporate, commercial lifestyle. We need passion, quality and good conversations to keep us going.

This is something we really enjoy doing. We’re really proud of the Swansea Bay food scene at the moment and love getting to know our customers. We want to develop long lasting relationships with our customers.

We deliver throughout the week so you don’t need to stock up your cupboards and freezers with a week’s supply of sourdough but mainly so your customers are getting the best quality Little Valley Bakery produce.

We supply sourdough loaves, focaccia, malted wheat, white bloomer, rye, brioche, sourdough rolls and teacakes.

OWNER

The bakery is owned and run by Tamara Williams, accountancy graduate and food lover. She is combining her love of food with the skills she learnt in her degree to bring brilliant food to her community. She has been baking for years and was inspired by her late mother who trained as a chef.
