Kin came into fruition out of a father and son’s desire to indulge in honest, fresh and healthy food in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The café was built on this simple idea, with some very strong principles behind the scenes.
To keep it interesting for our locals, we like to change a lot of our dishes daily, always vegetarian with a strong vegan offer and some gluten free and raw options too. We’re also passionate about serving top quality specialty coffee and tea, fresh, organic juices and our small yet exciting retail offering.
A lot of the beliefs we hold are reflected in the care we take of sourcing prime ingredients and great products. The emphasis is on sustainability, not only environmental but also social, supporting other start-ups and small businesses. Where we can, we have used suppliers who have a wider positive impact, training young people and other charitable works.
