Amanda Helen Bird was training to be a hair stylist even before she left school when she joined a top Cardiff salon and was fortunate to be trained by a world champion hairdresser.

In 1990 Amanda was recruited as a style director by the previous owner of the salon in Whitchurch Road, Cardiff.

Then in 1994 Amanda purchased the salon and the business has continued to flourish ever since.

Stylist Claire Clarke has been with Amanda since the first day.

Hair Nouveau is a Wella Premier Salon and major stockist of Wella System Professional products.

The salon prides Itself on it’s relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
