WHO WE ARE
If you are looking for Swansea University accommodation, GLC Student Properties has everything you need. We are a family-run business with a number of student properties located in the heart of Swansea. Our family have been providing Swansea student accommodation for over 17 years. We’ve stood the test of time because of the unique service that we offer. It’s more than just student accommodation, with GLC you get the authentic student experience with a personal touch that you just won’t get with the run-of-the-mill student lettings agents.
We pride ourselves on providing safe, clean and affordable student accommodation without those nasty lettings fees that many students get stung by. Our maintenance team are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with any issues you may have, whether it’s a broken cooker, or lost keys, we are here to help. This service is included in your tenancy at no extra cost.
OUR STUDENT PROPERTIES
We have 86 student rooms to let located over 5 prime locations in the heart of Swansea. Each of our student properties are very different, but they all have GLC’s extremely high standards. If you are looking for the authentic “student digs” experience Gloucester Chambers Student Digs is the place for you, with prices starting from £72 p/w you won’t find cheaper student accommodation in the SA1 area. If you are looking for a house share with your buddies why not check out our 7 bedroom student house – The Beach House property , for a more sophisticated version of student life maybe our 2 bedroom student flats at Little Gam Street are for you. Situated over a Yoga Studio & Therapy Room on a quiet street in central Swansea, viewing is a must.
BILLS INCLUSIVE POLICY
Here at GLC Student Properties all our tenancies come inclusive of bill so there are no hidden costs. There is however a fair and acceptable usage policy, if you exceed the limits, or interim meter readings indicate that usage will exceed the limits at the end of the tenancy, then GLC Student Properties as the landlord is entitled to levy a supplemental charge to obtain reimbursement for the excess usage (as stated at the bottom of page 1 of our Tenancy Agreement). It is very rare for GLC to have to levy any charges.
