I’m Gareth Warburton, a specialist sports massage, rehabilitation, and deep-tissue therapist based in Cardiff, South Wales.

I am an ex-professional athlete; having competed at the London 2012 Olympics, two Commonwealth Games, amongst many European Championships and numerous track meets around the world.

I am the current Welsh record holder for the 800m and 18th on the British all-time list.

Massage and Injury therapy has always been an integral part of my training and recovery regime as an athlete. Being fit, healthy, and ready to compete is vital for any sport. Having now retired,

I would like to pass on my learning, knowledge, and experience to help others reach their personal goals.

Your First Appointment: on your first visit to my clinic there will be a 15-minute initial assessment.

This will include medical history and physical assessment, this will allow me to perform the best treatment possible for you.

This will be done as a first step at my massage clinic.
