James Elkins established Celtic Training & Skills in 2017, having spent many years working in the health & safety arena. Now developing best in class training programmes, with over 10 years working closely with businesses in the Construction, Agricultural & Industrial sectors. 

 

With a passion for continual development and lifelong learning, James is currently studying for a Post Graduate qualification in advanced Training Management & Consultancy.
