Taking a collaborative approach, each project is the product of ongoing dialogue with our clients while following the RIBA Plan of Work. Whether we are working on residential or commercial architecture or other building designs, this dialogue enables the design to evolve efficiently and effectively to produce building designs that surpass our clients’ aspirations. Our architecture design service is based on a comprehensive investigation into the specifics of each site and its context.

Throughout a project, we are able to draw on expertise from the wider business to address any potential issues and keep the project on track. Our architect and planning consultants in particular work closely together, along with experts in heritage & conservation, building & topographical surveying, project management, structural engineering, and civil engineering for highways, flood risk and drainage.

Working with sketches, drawings, 3D models and Building Information Modelling (BIM), we find solutions by developing innovative ideas and testing them against your brief. Our portfolio of work is as diverse as our client base and includes projects both large and small, including master-planning, residential housing layouts, bespoke designs for new houses and extensions, affordable housing, commercial opportunities, previously developed land, Class Q/Class R conversions, agricultural and rural diversification, listed buildings/conservation areas leisure and tourism development.

Not every scheme is a ‘grand design,’ but all projects will be delivered against the brief while adding value to the project. In many cases, a client will know what they want in terms of programme, site and budget.
