Appleton Cash and Carry was established in 1945 after the war finished by Harry and Gladis Appleton, better known as Mrs A!. It was started in a Chinese toyshop in Walthamstow. They began selling groceries until handing the business over to their two sons, Graham and Peter.

Appletons is run today by brothers Ricky and Jamie Appleton. Specialising in the sale of confectionery to independent retailers, Appletons Cash and Carry offers in excess of 3,000 branded and own-label products in our 25,000 sq ft London depot. Appleton’s stocks all of the main brands from the leading confectionery manufacturers.
