We are now taking bookings for our Cook Haus and Bier Palace.

We are strongly encouraging bookings, whether visiting us for to dine or just drinks to avoid disappointment. In line with Government guidance, only groups from two households are able to share a table. Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee multiple bookings by the same party will be seated near one another.

All tables will have a fixed table time allocation, these times depend on group size on and whether you are dining with us or just enjoying drinks.

Card details are required for Cook Haus and ‘off peak’ drinks bookings. If your booking is a no-show you will be charged £10 per person, if you need to amend a booking or are running late, please call with at least two hours notice or you will also incur the cancellation charge.

For ‘peak’ drinks bookings we will require a £15 deposit per person which is redeemed against drinks on the day. You will be allocated a one hour slot – should you wish to stay a little longer, leave a comment on your booking and a member of the team will be in touch. Alternatively,  call our team on 0161 833 4040 (between 10am-5pm) or email events@albertsschloss.co.uk. This deposit is non-refundable but we are happy to transfer deposits.

Please, note breakfast will only be served 10am to 12pm Saturday and Sunday.
