Mand M Hair was established in 1995 by partners Matthew Middleton and Pasha Streather.

Matthew worked as an area trainer for Glenby International in Leicester, London and Manchester and Pasha who worked as a media make-up artist and three times winner of the National Hair and Beauty awards.
