The cafe is spacious, light and airy with plenty of room for social distancing, whether indoors or out. We have worked hard to implement the government’s latest guidance around health and safety to protect both our customers and our staff. This includes social distancing measures, the relevant PPE for our staff, hand sanitising points, and strict disinfecting policy. We believe these measures will keep everyone safe and give you the confidence to come to enjoy the great food drinks that we offer.
The Quay Café is located directly off the famous Tarka Trail in North Devon and at the gateway to Braunton Burrows biosphere reserve. The café takes its inspiration from the natural beauty of this unique area of North Devon and the nearby site of the historical Braunton shipping dock, Velator Quay.
With a relaxed atmosphere, our dog-friendly, fully licensed café offers organic coffee, great food with seasonal specials, and delicious cream teas and cakes. We have ice creams, milkshakes and smoothies to eat in or take away as well as outdoor seating, cycle racks and free parking.
We hold live music events every Friday throughout summer promoting the most exciting local acts North Devon has on offer.
