The first of the North Bar bars to branch out of the city centre, Further North opened its doors on Harrogate Road in 2007, and has been growing in popularity ever since. Well-known for its homely atmosphere and cosy setting, 2015 saw the bar open an upstairs seating area, doubling the (pretty tiny) capacity.
