WHAT IS BUBBLEOLOGY®? Bubbleology® is a leading Bubble Tea brand, crafting made to order tea-based beverages with delicious freshly cooked tapioca. We strive to make a better bubble tea, brewing our bases in-store with organic jasmine & black tea, and offering a variety of milk alternatives, as well as light versions of our drinks.

You can customise each and every drink for your own taste. This means changing the level of sweetness, asking for lower calorie organic soya/ oat milk, or having just half a scoop of boba or none at all.  There is no such thing as a standard drink at Bubbleology, and you are your own mixologist, with every drink crafted to your own tastes. Please note that whilst we have all ages enjoy our drinks, we ask that you do not purchase any Tapioca, Popping Boba or Jellies for children under 6 years of age, as they could be more difficult to chew/swallow. Instead, we suggest that you order a Bubbleology® drink without these, as they are equally delicious! Please remember that a Bubbleology® drink is an occasional treat and consider ordering Light versions / Soya or Oat Milk versions for your child (and you can ask the mixologist to make it exactly to your preference).

Bubble Tea is certainly not a new trend or a new drink invention! The drink was first crafted in the early 1980’s in Taiwan, and today there are thousands of places in Asia and around the world that serve bubble tea. In fact, Bubble Tea has been around in the United Kingdom since the 1990’s being served in various restaurant offerings and has been popular for many years.
