Jude specialises in Pregnancy treatments, offering Pregnancy Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage and Full Body Pregnancy Massage.   Pregnancy Reflexology is ideal for preparing for pregnancy; giving help throughout your pregnancy and preparing for labour. Postnatal Reflexology treatment is great to aid recovery.  All treatments can be carried out throughout all stages of your Pregnancy.

Many pregnant clients follow on after their baby’s birth with Jude’s Baby Massage and Baby Reflexology Courses.  Both Baby Courses offer support with bonding, building confidence with baby and learning routines to help with sleep, reflux, allergies, digestive issues and much more.  Baby Massage & Baby Reflexology Courses are carried out in small groups, giving you the chance to make new friends and build a support network as a new mum (or dad).  Private 1 to 1 courses can also be arranged.

Jude also specialises in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, which is great for helping with reducing swelling and oedema.  Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps in the functioning of the Lymphatic system, ridding toxins from the body and in turn helping to improve your immunity and ability to fight infection. Lymphatic Massage helps with Cellulite and puffy eyes and sinus problems.  It is a wonderfully relaxing treatment.

Another really popular treatment with my many clients is the Hot Stone Massage – this is very relaxing, as well as therapeutic.  Hot Stones Massage helps warm and relax the muscles, enabling reducing tension and pain.
