Having always suffered with PCOS, I have found losing weight a challenge! After 3 (gorgeous) children, my weight was getting worst and I was Obese!
Trying to lose weight on my own was lonely and I couldn’t do it, I needed accountability. After trying all the other diet plans out there, I found the diet that works! Now I have lost weight, no foods are off limits, however I have these occasionally and smaller portions, rather than everyday. I have learnt to eat well at home in private and enjoy every event in public!
