My Story – Hannah Carr

I’ve always been interested in nutrition but my deep dive into

health came from a place of dis-ease. Adrenal fatigue, which

feels like permanent exhaustion, unstable blood sugar levels

and chronic back pain lead me down this path to study nutrition.

I decided to take a grip of it, with both hands, and really

understand how I could nourish my own body.

​Now throw that into the mix of being a life long foodie, refusing

to eat boring meals and now needing a repertoire of fast meals

for a young family. I’d like to think I can share some of this

knowledge with you. My health and energy levels have certainly

seen the benefit and so can yours.

​I’d love to share my journey with you, I’m hoping I can make your

life a little easier, a little healthier – even a whole lot healthier if you

are up for a bit of change- and always keeping it tasty!
