With over 20 years’ experience in Sales, our MD Richard Shorten, discovered space in the market to establish a desk in sales recruitment within one of the UK’s most reputable agencies. Richard’s success in Sales recruitment led him to his career ambition of setting up his own company, where Lucid Recruitment Ltd was founded.
Fast-forward to today, Lucid Recruitment is establishing itself as a specialist agency in Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Engineering and Facilities Management recruitment and more recently we have had huge traction within Hospitality Recruitment.
