Based in Llandysul in west Wales we work with over 80 schools across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire supplying them with teachers, teaching assistants, LSA’s, and support staff.
Since 2016 Dosbarth has been quietly paving the way for supply teaching across West Wales with our unique, bilingual, dedicated, and experienced (education and recruitment) team.
We are an agency established and managed by teachers and education specialists for teachers, support staff, and schools.

Therefore our sole aim is to listen to schools, teachers, and support staff to understand their needs and requirements which will then help us to provide schools with supply staff that they will want back time and time again, building strong working relationships between schools, teachers, and consultants.

We are a locally-based recruitment agency situated in Llandysul, providing supply work to teachers across West Wales. (Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Ceredigion).
